These terms apply to DockMetric Studio's website, demonstrations, templates and custom operational services.

Services

DockMetric provides configurable spreadsheet systems, dashboards, workflow automation, operational analysis and staffing-related support. A proposal or order may define additional scope, price, delivery and support terms.

Examples and operational decisions

Demo values and sample benchmarks are illustrative, not universal performance standards. Clients are responsible for validating formulas, targets, labor assumptions, safety requirements, employment practices and operational decisions against their own approved data and applicable rules.

Client responsibilities

You must have the right to provide any data submitted to DockMetric and must use the service lawfully. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal data, malicious content or information that violates another party's rights.

License and ownership

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, DockMetric retains ownership of its original methods, designs and reusable components. A paid client receives the agreed right to use the delivered system for its own operations. Redistribution, resale or removal of access controls is not permitted without written approval.

Availability and warranties

Services and demonstrations are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, DockMetric does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular financial result or that a template will fit every operation without validation and configuration.
