Privacy Policy

This policy explains what DockMetric Studio collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

We receive information you choose to send, such as your name, business contact details, operational requirements, sample data and support messages. Do not send Social Security numbers, government identification, banking credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Website and live demo

The public live demo does not require an account. Demo inputs are stored temporarily in your browser session to operate the interactive experience and are cleared when the five-minute session expires or the browser session ends. Contact links open your email application; DockMetric receives only the message you decide to send.

Optional Google Workspace integrations

If you explicitly authorize a Google Workspace feature, we may access only the Google data required to deliver that feature. Depending on the integration, this may include files or spreadsheets you select, basic account information needed to identify the connection, or Gmail data needed to send or process a workflow you requested. The OAuth consent screen will identify the exact permissions requested.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide, maintain, secure and support the client-authorized workflow. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, build advertising profiles from it, or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. We request the narrowest permissions practical for the selected feature.

Limited Use

DockMetric Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and human access

We do not share Google user data except as necessary to provide the requested service, with service providers acting under appropriate safeguards, when you direct us to share it, or when required for security or legal compliance. Human access is limited to circumstances such as your explicit support request, security investigation or legal obligation.

Retention, security and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the requested service, support, security and applicable obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. You can revoke a Google connection and request deletion using our Data Deletion page.
